BASED NATION Shipping Policy
At BASED NATION, we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During busy periods, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, delivery times generally are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or high shipping volume.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. BASED NATION is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at info@basednationapparel.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will help resolve the issue.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.
