BASED NATION Return Policy

At BASED NATION, we believe in American quality and standing behind our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is lost in transit, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us at info@basednationapparel.com within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if your package never arrives. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Wanting a different color or style
• Minor variations in print placement, color, or garment appearance

Please double check your size, color, and shipping address before placing your order.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or because it was not claimed, we can resend it once the address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
